Sentencing for Michael Edward Murray Set

Michael Edward Murray

Michael Edward Murray's sentencing set for March 5th in Goose Creek. Please come show your support for Dawn's family and friends. We want to be sure this court knows that this is a serious matter and ensure that they prosecute this individual to the fullest extent of the law.

Murray has been charged with giving false information to police, sixth-offense driving under suspension, being a habitual offender and hit and run with personal injury and upon Dawn's death, surely he is facing a vehicular homicide or some other such serious offence. See: http://www.deadlyroads.com/laws/south-carolina-hit-and-run-laws.shtml

Michael Edward Murray, 33, of Goose Creek, shouldn't have been driving because his license was suspended last year until 2011 for being a habitual offender, according to his 10-year driver's record on file with the S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles

Murray's driving history shows violations of driving on a suspended license, failing to pay traffic tickets and operating or allowing operation by an uninsured motorist. His license also was suspended in 2005 for a controlled-substance conviction.

Court will be held at 3000 California avenue, Moncks Corner at 1:00 PM
